What do you wear to teamLab Phenomena?
Generally, wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move around easily and fully experience the immersive artwork is best. This includes activewear, casual clothes and supportive shoes. teamLab Phenomena doesn’t allow high heels, so be sure to opt for flats, sneakers or any other easy-to-walk-in footwear instead.If you plan on taking photogenic pictures, you might also want to consider wearing white or plain-colored clothing to stand out against the vivid projections and light displays.There are some artworks that incorporate water elements, so wearing something that can be easily folded up to your knees might also be a good idea to avoid getting your clothes wet.
Does teamLab Phenomena have lockers?
Yes. In some areas, where there may be uneven flooring and interactive artworks that involve water, personal belongings are not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons. As such, teamLab Phenomena provides free lockers for visitors to store their belongings before entering these sections.
Is re-entry permitted?
Unfortunately, re-entry after leaving the venue is not allowed.
What happens if you are late to teamLab Phenomena?
If you arrive after the admission time stated on your ticket, you may still be able to enter teamLab Phenomena as long as it’s within the same day and during open hours. This will be wholly at the discretion of the teamLab Phenomena staff and is not guaranteed. However, please keep in mind that the last admission is one hour before closing.

- Some of the artworks contain water. To enter these areas, you will be required to remove your shoes. Lockers are available free of charge.
- High heels are not allowed within the museum; suitable flat-soled shoes must be worn.
- Please be aware of uneven surfaces.
- Please be aware that certain UV lights, flashes and fog are used in our artworks.
Weekdays: Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Guests may enter the venue at any time during this window without the need to reserve a specific timeslot.
Weekends: Tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Similarly, guests may visit during this period without a prior timeslot booking.
Please note that guests arriving after 4:00 PM on weekdays or after 1:00 PM on weekends may be denied entry, as per our updated operational policy.
