As the cruise gently sails through the heart of Dubai Marina, you’ll witness iconic landmarks such as JBR, Bluewaters Island, Dubai Harbour, Cayan Tower, and the magnificent Ain Dubai.

Is it possible to reserve a certain seat or table in advance?

Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival. While specific seats cannot be reserved in advance, we guarantee that each guest will have a separate table on the deck corresponding to their booking.

Booking & Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or approved online payment links.

Seating Policy:

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
While specific seats cannot be reserved in advance, each guest is guaranteed a separate table on the deck as per their booking.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the cruise departure are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the cruise or in case of no-shows.
The cruise may be rescheduled in case of bad weather or operational concerns.

Child Policy:

Children under the age of 3 can join for free.
Child rates apply for children aged 3–10 years
All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol & Conduct:

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase (subject to licensing and age restrictions).
Guests are expected to behave respectfully; the management reserves the right to refuse service or boarding to any guest who is under the influence or behaves inappropriately.

Liability:

The cruise operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
Participation is at the guest’s own risk.

Dietary restrictions or special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Operational Changes:
