How long does each experience last?
The full dining experience lasts approximately 90 minutes—15 minutes for guest harnessing, 60 minutes in the air, and 15 minutes for unharnessing. Guests are required to check in at the Lounge Tent at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and tickets are non-refundable.
What if I have to use the washroom?
Guests are strongly advised to use the restroom before boarding. In case of an emergency during the flight, the platform can be lowered to allow restroom access; however, rejoining the session will not be possible once you’ve exited.
Is the experience safe?
Yes, it is. All concepts are developed in compliance with the German safety standard DIN 4112. The dining table is manufactured in Belgium, with all structural designs, calculations, and simulations rigorously tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland—a globally recognized authority in technical and safety inspections. This strong focus on safety is one of the key reasons the experience operates in over 50 countries and has received approvals from some of the world’s strictest regulators. Since its launch in May 2006, thousands of sessions have been safely conducted. In the UAE, Dinner in the Sky is run under the supervision of the Department of Occupational Safety & Health and Civil Defense.
What if didn't show up? Can I still get a refund?
Please be aware that all seat purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the event that the organizer cancels the experience due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions. Otherwise, the experience will proceed as scheduled.
Is child allowed to join?
Yes, children are welcome to join as long as they meet the minimum height requirement of 110 cm and are accompanied by a responsible adult.
What attire should I wear?
Dinner in the Sky is all about enjoying an unforgettable experience—so comfort is key when choosing what to wear. We recommend dressing warmly on cooler or breezy nights. It's best to avoid skirts, abayas, or open-toe shoes for safety and comfort during the flight.
Can I bring my own food/s or drink/s?
Guests are kindly asked not to bring any outside food or drinks into the venue.
Terms & Conditions
- Seats purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in the event of a cancellation by the Organizer themselves.
- If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, the following situation will take place: For ONLINE credit or debit card purchasers, we will work with your respective card’s banks to automatically debit the amount back into your card. This process takes approximately 21 days after the Event, for cash purchasers we will refund the full amount by cash once the original receipt is available within 3 days
- The Organizer has the full rights to cancel the Dinner In the Sky experience due to bad weather (people who purchased a weather insurance will be refunded fully within 21 days, people without weather insurance will be issued a voucher with the same value to be used within the current event duration).
- Children below 5 years will be consider as Infants and Infants are not allowed.
- Children Above 5 years, 1.10 meters height will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children age 14 years above will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
