Opening Timings

The opening hours of the Dolphin Show Dubai may vary depending on the season and day of the week. Generally, the venue opens at 10 am and closes at 7 pm, with the last show starting at 6:30 pm.

Is photography allowed during the Dolphin Show Dubai?

Guests are welcome to take photos during the Dolphin Show in Dubai, but are kindly asked to respect the animals and follow the venue’s guidelines. Flash photography is typically prohibited, as it may disturb the dolphins and seals. For the safety of the animals and fellow guests, the use of selfie sticks or similar equipment is also not permitted.

What attire should I wear?

There is no strict dress code for the Dolphin Show in Dubai, but guests are encouraged to dress modestly and comfortably. As the venue is air-conditioned, bringing a light sweater or jacket is a good idea. Comfortable footwear is also recommended, as you may be walking around the facility. Please keep in mind Dubai’s cultural expectations, which typically call for modest attire for both men and women.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
If a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed and returned within 7 working days.

Child Policy:

Children under 2 years old are considered infants and can enter free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 11 years will be charged the child rate.
Guests aged 12 years and above will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
