Deep-Water Swim Experience:
Participants enter the lagoon’s deeper section (with life jackets provided if needed) and engage in a range of in-water behaviors with the dolphins.

Tandem Swim/Foot Push:
You may get the chance to hold the dolphin’s dorsal fins for a tandem swim or be gently pushed across the water—an unforgettable moment!

Touch & Communicate:
Guests can pet, hug, and play with the dolphins, guided by expert marine specialists. You’ll also learn about dolphin behavior, anatomy, and care.

Eligibility & Safety:

Experience is only for confident swimmers aged 8+, capable of treading water with a mask and snorkel
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+ years); maximum one adult per three children
Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate

Group Size & Flow:

Maximum of 8 participants per session to ensure a safe and personal experience
Expect 15-min orientation, followed by 30 min in the water

Arrival & No-Show Policy:

Arrive at least 5–15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and wristband collection
Arrival 15 minutes after scheduled start will be treated as a no‑show, with no refund provided

Prohibited Items & Conduct:

No jewellery, accessories, hairpins, hats, watches, or eyewear allowed during interaction for the safety of the dolphins
Cameras, phones, and video recorders are not permitted in the water or around the marine habitat
Smoking or consumption of food/drinks inside Dolphin Bay is prohibited
