How to get there?

Dubai Parks and Resorts is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, approximately 25 minutes from Dubai Marina and 40 minutes from Downtown Dubai.

By Car:

Take Exit 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road towards Abu Dhabi. Follow the signs for Dubai Parks and Resorts.

By Public Transport:

Metro to UAE Exchange Station, then take a taxi or ride-share for the remaining distance.

Can I visit multiple parks with this ticket?

No, this ticket gives access to one park only (Motion Gate) for one day. Multi-park options are available.

Is outside food allowed?

No, but you can enjoy a wide variety of dining options inside the parks.

What are the park hours?

Generally, parks are open from 11 AM to 8 PM, but this may vary seasonally. It’s best to check the official site before your visit.

Are there lockers available?

Tickets are valid for normal operating hours on the chosen date, please check website details for timings.
Unless otherwise stated, this ticket is only valid for the theme park(s) shown on the ticket and is not valid for skill games or separately ticketed events, performances, school trips, corporate events or activities within Dubai Parks™ and Resorts.
Dubai Parks™ and Resorts and the relevant park, in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of attractions are removed or closed during the year.
