What happens if the visibility or weather is bad?
In cases of reduced visibility, flights may still proceed; however, if visibility becomes poor, cancellations may be necessary for safety reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible if your flight must be canceled. Please note that Dubai’s weather can change rapidly, so last-minute changes are possible. Rest assured, we will do our best to reschedule your flight at a convenient time.

What happens if I am running late?
All passengers are required to arrive for check-in at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for passengers who arrive late, and flights will depart as scheduled without delay.
To help ensure timely departures, we kindly ask you to be punctual. If you arrive late, there is a risk you may miss your flight. While we will make every effort to accommodate you on a later flight if available, we cannot guarantee your seat.
Can I fly if I am pregnant?
Pregnant guests may participate in the helicopter tour up to 32 weeks of pregnancy; however, we strongly advise consulting with your healthcare provider to confirm you are medically fit to fly.
Can I pick my seat?
Seats are allocated according to the total weight of all passengers to ensure balanced flight. Seat requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed beforehand.
Is there a weight limit?
Sharing: For safety and balance, each seat supports up to 110 kg. Passengers exceeding or close to this limit must buy an additional seat. Use of seat belt extenders is not permitted during the tour.

- All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy:
- Kids above 2 years can only fly due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat.
