It’s a huge immersive experience at Dubai Mall combining interactive art, gaming zones, creative photo/video studios, live performances, shopping, and surprise moments. Think digital meets physical in a wonder-factory of fun.
Where is it located?
Inside Dubai Mall — Fountain Views extension, Level 1, near Chinatown.
What are the opening hours & last entry time?
Sun-Thu: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (last entry at 9:00 PM)
Fri-Sat: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), with last entry at 11:00 PM.
Is it suitable for kids and families?
Yes! It’s built for all ages. Many interactive, playful and visual experiences are fun for families. Just note that for little kids, some areas with flashing lights or loud sound might be intense.
How long should I plan to stay?
Typically around 1.5 to 2.5 hours is good to see and do a lot. But there’s no strict time limit, so you can stay longer if you'd like.
Are there any access or health & safety considerations?
Some zones have strobe lighting, loud audio, or flashing visuals — might not be suitable for people with photosensitivity or certain health conditions.
There’s usually no re-entry once you exit.
No outside food or large bags allowed.
How do I get there / where to park?
Parking: Use Fountain Views Parking (P3 is closest).
Public transport: Via Dubai Metro (Red Line) to Dubai Mall station, then walk or follow signage towards Chinatown / Fountain Views.
Can I buy tickets on site or should I book in advance?
You can buy tickets online via the official website, which is recommended to ensure you get your preferred time slot. Walk-ups might be available but could be limited during peak times.

Fees, Ticketing & Refunds
Ticket purchase grants entrance and access to most experiences; some experiences may cost extra.
All sales are final: tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Entrance Eligibility & Safety
Valid ticket and (if required) matching identification are needed. House of Hype may refuse entry if you do not meet rules or are deemed risky.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is responsible for their conduct.
The park may change its opening/closing times, or cancel/remove experiences for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons.
Capacity and access to particular experiences can be limited.
Prohibited Items & Behavior
Many items are banned: outside food/beverages (except bottled water & baby food), large bags over specified size, weapons, drones, etc.
Unacceptable behavior (e.g. abusive language, fighting, intoxication, climbing or running in unsafe areas) will lead to ejection.
Dress and appearance should be appropriate and respectful of UAE norms.
Photography & Media
Non-professional, personal photography/videography generally allowed. Professional photography or videography requires prior written approval.
By entering, guests consent to being filmed/photographed in public areas; House of Hype can use those images for promotional and other purposes.
Liability & Waiver
Entering and using the park is at your own risk. Scrutiny for potential injuries: flashes, audio, interactive equipment, etc. Some risk arises from premises or other visitors.
House of Hype (and its affiliates, employees etc.) is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation, whether due to their negligence or otherwise — to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your liability exposure is limited: you agree that House of Hype’s maximum liability is capped at the ticket price.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
Any legal action or dispute must be brought in the courts of Dubai.
