It’s also important that you feel confident handling it and can follow basic safety instructions during the ride.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or in case of no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.
Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Amendments: Date changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Group Bookings: For group bookings of 10 guests or more, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
