What are the MOTF opening hours and last entry?

The Museum of the Future is open daily from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Last entry time for ticket holding guests is at 7.00pm.

How long I can stay during my visit?

Take your time—guests can stay as long as they wish during operating hours. A complete visit typically lasts between 2 to 3 hours.

Is there any dress code to enter the MOTF?

Please wear attire that is appropriate for public spaces and respectful of the cultural values of the UAE.

Can I take photos and videos inside the MOTF?

Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and videos inside the Museum of the Future, provided they use only natural lighting (no flash) and keep it for personal, non-commercial use. Please note that photography and videography may be restricted in certain special exhibitions—feel free to check with our staff if you're unsure. For everyone’s safety, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the museum.

Is there any WIFI access at MOTF?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available on all floors. Simply follow the signboard instructions or ask our staff for assistance.

How to get there at MOTF?

For the most convenient access, we recommend taking the Dubai Metro—Emirates Towers Station (Red Line) is just a short walk away. You can also reach via Dubai’s bus network, or by walking, cycling, or using an electric scooter. Guests arriving by car may use the self-parking or valet service on-site (both subject to availability and applicable charges).

Terms & Conditions

GENERAL: All visitors, including those eligible for free admission, must have a ticket to enter the Museum. All tickets are date and time specific. Tickets provide full access to the Museum experience and amenities. Please note that while your booking includes a designated time, a brief queueing period may be required before entering the experience.

CHILDREN: Entry Tickets to the Museum of the Future are free of charge for Children under the age of four (4). Children under the age of four (4) do not require pre-booking and can approach the Customer Service desk upon arrival for entry tickets. Museum of the Future Customer Service Team may ask for proof of eligibility, so please have documentation or ID at hand.

PEOPLE OF DETERMINATION: Tickets to the Museum of the Future are free of charge for People of Determination and one caregiver. People of Determination and their caregivers do not require pre-booking and can approach the Customer Service desk upon arrival for entry tickets. To avail of the free entry, our Customer Service Team will ask for proof of eligibility, so please have a People of Determination ID indicating your name at hand.
