What time is the pick up and drop off?
The pickup time is between 3:30pm-4:00pm (summertime) and drop off time will be the next day morning between 8:00am-8:30am (may vary depends on your hotel location and traffic situation).NOTE: Pick up time may change on winter season.
What attire should I wear?
As you probably know, the Dubai desert is super hot and humid right now, so it’s best to dress comfortably. Think flowy tops, breathable fabrics, loose pants or jeans, and comfy shoes like sneakers or sandals. Don’t forget your sunglasses, a hat or scarf, and of course—your favorite sunscreen!

- Infant seats available - You may contact us for any questions regarding the accessibility. Infant seat from 1 year up to 3 years old are available with additional cost (optional). Our team will assist you on this.
- Wheelchair is not suitable for this activity as there is no paved way at the camp site.

Cancellation Policy:
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or in case of no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.
Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Amendments: Date changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Group Bookings: For group bookings of 10 guests or more, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
