For safety reasons, dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with back, neck, heart, or other serious medical conditions.

Is dune bashing safe?

Yes. Dune bashing is conducted by licensed and experienced desert safari drivers using fully equipped 4x4 vehicles that meet UAE safety standards.

Can we watch the sunset?

Yes. The tour includes a dedicated stop at a scenic location where you can enjoy the breathtaking desert sunset and take memorable photos.

Is hotel pick-up and drop-off included?

Yes. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are included from hotels and residences within Dubai.

What time does the tour start?

Pick-up usually takes place in the afternoon, approximately 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, depending on the season and your hotel location.

How long is the tour?

The experience typically lasts 3–4 hours, including hotel transfers.

Infant seats available - You may contact us for any questions regarding the accessibility. Infant seat from 1 year up to 3 years old are available with additional cost (optional). Our team will assist you on this.
Wheelchair is not suitable for this activity as there is no paved way at the camp site.

Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or in case of no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.
Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Amendments: Date changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Group Bookings: For group bookings of 10 guests or more, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
