Yes! Children as young as 2 years can enjoy the snow park. Some activities like the Snow Bullet or Slope access have age/height restrictions.
Do I need to know how to ski or snowboard?
No prior experience is needed unless you choose the slope session. If you're a beginner, you can opt for a Discovery Lesson instead.
What should I bring with me?
Just bring yourself! Winter gear is provided. Locker rental is available for valuables.
Are penguin encounters available every day?
Yes, but they are subject to availability. Pre-booking is highly recommended.

Penguin Encounter is subject to schedule and capacity. Booking in advance is required.
Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before their chosen experience time.
Slope access requires valid skill level (intermediate or above) and prior experience.
Ski Dubai reserves the right to change or cancel activities based on safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
Clothing provided must be returned at the end of the visit. Lost items may incur replacement fees.
