Do I need any prior experience to skydive?
No experience is needed. All jumps are tandem skydives with highly trained and licensed instructors who manage the equipment and procedures.
What is the age and weight requirement?
Minimum age: 18 years (valid ID required)
Maximum weight: 100 kg for men / 90 kg for women (BMI restrictions apply)
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable athletic clothes and lace-up sneakers. Avoid sandals, heels, boots, or loose accessories.
Can I bring friends or family to watch?
Yes, there’s a spectator area at the drop zone with viewing space. However, entry may be limited based on capacity.
Is it safe?
Skydive Dubai follows international skydiving safety protocols, with experienced instructors and regularly maintained gear. Your safety is their top priority.
How long does the whole experience take?
Plan for 3 to 4 hours total, including check-in, briefing, gear-up, and the skydive.
What if the weather is bad?
In the event of poor weather, your jump may be rescheduled or refunded based on availability and policy.
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
2. Age & Health Requirements:
All participants must be 18 years or older on the day of the jump.
Must meet BMI and weight limits (up to 100 kg).
Individuals with certain medical conditions must provide a physician's clearance.
Pregnant guests are not allowed to skydive.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled jump are eligible for a full refund.
No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the jump and payment.
Jumps postponed due to weather or operational reasons will be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Arrival Time:
Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
5. Clothing & Gear:
Appropriate clothing and closed sports shoes are mandatory.
All safety equipment will be provided at the venue.
6. Photography & Media:
Photos and video footage are NOT included and delivered digitally.
Media content is typically available within 24 to 48 hours after the jump (if purchase).
7. Liability Waiver:
All jumpers must sign a waiver and medical declaration before participating.
Skydive Dubai reserves the right to refuse any participant deemed unfit for the activity.
