Do I have to book my tickets in advance?

For the best experience, we recommend booking your tickets online before your visit to Sky Views Observatory or any of our other attractions. While tickets can be purchased at the entrance, availability is not guaranteed—especially during peak times.

When should I arrive for my visit to Sky Views Observatory?

It is advised that you arrive 30 minutes earlier than your booked visit time.

The Sky Views Observatory in Dubai is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last entry at 9:00 PM

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
Weight: 30 – 150kg.
Height between 120 cm – 200 cm.
Only one-time slide per ticket.
Modest, comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes are recommended – no skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops or loose footwear.
Not allowed during pregnancy.
Not allowed in case of pre-existing or recurring physical injuries.
Not allowed under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine).
Not allowed in case if pre-existing physical or mental disorders that would hinder completion of the physical and mental tasks required during the experience.
